What is Glassnode Mint?
Glassnode Mint is a initiative by our very own UX Researchers, Product Designers, and Product Managers.
Every day, we question how we could best serve the community, and what better way to do that other than talking to the community directly?
We developed Glassnode Mint to make sure we are speaking with the right people at the right time. When you join, you’ll receive invitations to take part in surveys, user interviews, and usability tests that you match with.
Whether you have been using Glassnode for years or have just gotten started or maybe you’re just a fan, we want to hear from you!

What type of research do you do?
The majority of our research studies take place remotely.
That means you can join from the comfort of your own computer!
During a user interview, you’ll talk one on one with a UX Researcher, Product Designer, or Product Manager. We’ll cover topics related to your experiences with Glassnode, the crypto, and blockchain spaces. We’ll ask open-ended questions about how you approach challenges in these areas.
We send out different surveys that help us learn more about the people using Glassnode. We use this information to make design and product decisions and to decide which new features to prioritize.
During a usability test, you will be asked to complete several short tasks using Glassnode and/or a prototype all while talking out loud about what you’re doing, thinking, and feeling. Our usability testing sessions are usually conducted with a UX Researcher or a Product Designer, but sometimes it will be unmoderated. The important thing to remember is that we are testing the design, not you. Our UX Research team will do their best to put you at ease and provide you with a comfortable experience.
During a cart sort, you’ll be asked to organize topics into themes. Usually, this is an unmoderated form of research, but every so often you might do this activity along with a UX researcher who will ask why you sorted the topics into the themes that you did. This is not a test of you, but a way for us to understand how to best design our features for our users.
